The Whitevalley Community Resource Centre is a community-based non-profit organization. The Centre operated under the auspices of the Lumby and District Community Services Society from 1989 until October 1995 when it became an independent society. An Executive Director directs the day-to-day operations with the support and guidance of the Whitevalley Community Resource Society's Board. Volunteers are the driving force behind the organization.
